Rental Prices are as follows:
$80.00 US per night
2 night minimum stay
$80.00 cleaning fee per stay
13% Florida taxes

5 nights = $542.40
6 nights = $632.80
7 nights = $723.20
8 nights = $813.60
9 nights = $904.00
10 nights = $994.40
We do not require security deposits, however, we do take 30% of your total rental cost at time of booking and the remainder is then due 14 days prior to your arrival. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, or Mastercard as forms of payment. We also have a rental agreement which needs to be signed. It explains the house rules.
